she would be my muse if i were a filmmaker..i think she's such a wasted talent...ok, it can be true that 80% of her movies suck, but she's the only good thing in them!..and she gave more than what her characters demand... i mean, i even kinda watched 'the divine secrets of the..." just for her!..i said kinda, because i couldnt stand the whole movie!...

The convention (NARM-- National Assn. of Recording Merchandisers) is this week. I don't attend, but my boss does. I have to put together a ton of reports and shit for him and our record store accounts. I don't think they even look at half the reports.
I haven't been too motivated to write much of anything. I'm taking tomorrow off work to take Levin to UGA's vet school for some testing-- the blob he had removed from his hip turned out to be malignant, which is rare. I'm anxious to see what transpires.
I'm finished with all my work for today, so I think I'll drink a beer and write my review before I go home. And tomorrow I can work on email. I don't normally need such a push...

I didn't go see John Waters. I already had plans for the afternoon, which extended into the evening. The great thing is I made a few new friends. One of them seemed interested in going, but we wouldn't have made it in time, especially since we didn't have tickets. I'm sure it was standing room only.
