hmmm, if you get a chance, check out the new spiritualized album, songs in a&e...i liked them before, but that album just put them over the edge for me, and then seeing them live put me even further over.

my next gig...kings of leon...but, i'm not really all that excited for it. the new album has been a huge let down for me. i knew they were sorta going more commercial, but this is just too far. long gone are the days of rough and raw, rock and roll, played in a small shit hole club. oh well...

i'm glad you had fun at the BJM gigs. i'll have to check out the site and see if i can spot ya! ; ) and you are correct, anton does like to talk a lot. i think he really likes it when people insult him. he likes that attention! i hope they tour the states again soon, i haven't seen them in a couple years now. i think it's time!
i hear spiritualized is playing a couple gigs down there coming up. anywhere near you?
family life is going. things have been busy, and so of course it's brought a couple challenges, but for the most part, all is great. my oldest just turned 3 about a week ago. time sure is flying.

None of the bands that I've been waiting for were announced. Grr. Fingers crossed for Laneway. ATP gets announced tonight, Laneway is sometime this week I think, and Good Vibes is this week too, so I'm waiting patiently...
