I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately. It's been a crazy few months. Sadly, the flu that I was fighting off arrived full force as soon as I came back from Atlanta. I'm on the mend now and hope to be chatting with you more regularly :-)

Yeah Mum is okay thanks, she was lucky and has recovered pretty well after a mini-stroke, the biggest revelation I've had from this is that the medication used to prevent stroke is basically rat poison, scary stuff!!
I think you are right about Spiritualised although I am not really a fan and yes I have seen them way back in 1994 @ Glastonbury, they nearly ruined my shroom experience, but Peter Gabriel brought me back to a feelgood headspace!
I liked Laser Guided Melodies & that's about it for me. So many of my friends love them though.
