hhmmm, now that you mention it. i don't think i've ever heard syd in public either. i can see that being pretty cool. i think anyone that likes syd, just connects immediately. a certain type of person knows and respects and loves him...would be why we get along so well, wouldn't you say? : )

dandy's are here. not planing on heading anywhere to see them. in fact, i'm not 100% positive i'm going. spiritualized is the very next night, and doing 2 nights out in a row, although doable, is still a lot to throw on my wife at the moment. of couse, it is 2 months away yet, but...well, i'll just have to see how things are are that time. maybe the baby will be really easy then??? : )

hot...it's been up and down. we've had some spells of high 80s and low 90s...but it's only suppose to hover around 80 this weekend. still, that's hot. i'd like it to stay about 70...actually, can't wait for fall! the heat and humidity aren't my friends! how about you?

hey! thought of you the other day, when i was listening to syd..."mystic shining"...oh syd...such an amazing fellow...

summer...hmmm...not sure what i'd call mine. it's not like i'm out doing anything, yet i'm constantly tired. trying to keep up with my toddler, and then getting very little quality sleep from the other. things are getting better tho, so that's a good sign. he's already 2 months old! can you believe that? where does the time go?

toronto, huh? i want to visit there someday. looks and sounds like a pretty cool place. one day i'll make it there. how long did you go for?

any good shows coming up? i got the secret machines this weekend. should be good to see them again. otherwise, spiritualized in september. maybe the dandy's too.
